INFECTIOUS MEMORIES FOR VENUES & WEDDING SUPPLIERS

Something distinctive for your couples

Nothing extra for you to run

Infectious Memories creates professionally produced audio keepsakes from the voices of family and friends at weddings, christenings and other meaningful occasions.

For venues and wedding suppliers, it offers something genuinely complementary to recommend to couples — without adding another service for you to deliver yourself!

Why Infectious Memories works alongside your service

It adds something different

Photography and film preserve their own parts of the day. Infectious Memories captures the messages, stories, laughter and voices of the people around it.

The idea is that it complements existing wedding services rather than trying to replace them.

I manage the full experience

I handle planning, setup, the recording experience and all audio production afterwards.

Your role can be as simple as making an introduction.

Another reason for couples to remember you

A useful supplier recommendation reflects well on the person or venue making it.

The aim is straightforward: introduce couples to something relevant and distinctive, then let me take responsibility for delivering it properly.

Where does it go?

Venues

Infectious Memories can add another memorable element to the couple experience without requiring venue staff to operate or manage the service. Very little space is required for the recording set up.

It can also work particularly well as a demonstration during wedding showcases and open days, where couples can experience the concept rather than simply read about it.

Photographers & videographers

The service captures something different from your imagery: the intimate voices of the guest and the heartfelt words of their well-wishes

The recording station is designed to operate discreetly and can be kept well away from your working areas wherever practical.

Celebrants, planners & wedding suppliers

For suppliers who regularly help couples shape their day, Infectious Memories can be a useful additional recommendation when a couple values personal keepsakes, family participation or is thinking about people who cannot attend.

Partnership without unnecessary complexity

There does not need to be one fixed partnership model.

Depending on what suits your business, a relationship could be as simple as:

  • referring a suitable couple

  • including Infectious Memories among your recommended suppliers

  • introducing the service at a wedding showcase or venue open day

  • creating a complementary offer where there is a genuine fit

  • exploring an appropriate referral arrangement

The important part is that the arrangement makes sense for both sides and is clear to the couple.

I handle the enquiry and delivery of Infectious Memories unless we specifically agree something different.

Open to collaboration

A partnership does not have to stop at referrals.

If you already work with couples and would like to offer an audio keepsake without developing the recording and production side yourself, I’m open to exploring ways Infectious Memories could complement your existing service.

I’m also interested in creative collaborations with photographers, videographers and other suppliers where our work could become part of something stronger together — for example, bringing professionally produced guest voices together with photographs or film to create a combined keepsake.

These are not fixed packages. If there is a genuine fit between what you do and what I do, I’d rather explore the idea together and build something that makes commercial and creative sense for both of us.
