1. Before the christening
I'll send a short questionnaire covering your preferred tone, any sensitive topics, absent guests you'd like to include remotely, and your chosen package. Everything is confirmed before the day.
2. On the day
A discreet recording station is set up at your venue during the reception. Guests can choose from a variety of customised prompt cards and record a short message in their own words — without any pressure.
3. After the christening
Each recording is reviewed, cleaned and thoughtfully edited together so that the voices and moments that matter most are shaped into a listening experience that flows from beginning to end.
4. Your keepsake delivered
The finished guestbook is delivered privately — a polished audio keepsake crafted to the standard of your chosen package, from a curated collection of voices to a fully produced audio memory that your family will return to for years.

Yes. Many bookings are made as gifts from grandparents, godparents, or close family. If you're organising this as a gift or arranging everything on behalf of the family, I can keep the recording completely under wraps until you're ready. Just mention it in your enquiry, or tick "Keep this a surprise for now" on the enquiry form, and all communication will stay with you until you give the go-ahead.

Two to four weeks is ideal. It gives us time to plan the setup, complete a short planning questionnaire, and arrange any Remote Voices recordings from family or friends abroad. If your christening is sooner than that, get in touch anyway and I'll let you know what's possible.

That's absolutely fine. You can book before you've confirmed the venue. At the start, all I need is your christening date and a rough idea of what you're looking for. Venue details can be confirmed later during the planning process.

The recording station is simple and self-guided, with no pressure to say anything perfectly and no need for anyone to supervise.
